Having been teachers in our family, we admire the commitment and the amazing gift teachers can give our children. We also recognize that teachers need our help as the annual budgets do not fulfill all of their needs throughout the year. This is open to Teachers, Para's, secretarial, kitchen and custodial needs.
We give our thanks through setting aside monies for every home we sell through Cortez Country Living enabling us to distribute a large sum per year. It is our hope that this fund grows with the help of our friends in allowing us to serve their needs through buying and selling real estate in the surrounding areas of Cortez. With over 200 people within the school districts, we know this is a drop in the bucket but we hope to help with at least the small little items that come up.
Some of the items we expect to give to the schools range from paper, arts/crafts, clothing, shoes, kitchen pan or custodial needs. We will be drawing an application every Friday so that we can help as many of you as possible throughout the school calendar year.
